2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your 55ac account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55ac login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share these credentials with any other person.
3.2 You agree to notify 55ac support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. 55ac will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.3 55ac employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes and are never accessible in plain text by platform staff.

4.6 Fraud Prevention. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. 55ac reserves the right to reverse transactions and close accounts where payment fraud is suspected.
5.1 From time to time, 55ac may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback, and other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are published alongside the Promotion.
5.2 Bonus Funds must generally be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each Promotion is stated in the Promotion's specific terms.
5.3 55ac reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Where a Promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in, any bonus already credited will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of the opt-in.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions, including but not limited to: bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, or any pattern of play designed to extract value from Promotions without genuine sporting risk, will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on the 55ac platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, event, or game type. Game-specific rules are available within each product section of the platform.
6.2 55ac reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of bet placement, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where a manifest error in odds has occurred.
6.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and game. These limits are displayed prior to bet placement.
6.4 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.

9.2 55ac's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
